We can make "tweaks" and content edits on your website for
you. A content edit is a small amendment that usually takes under 30
minutes. This could be a text, or image change for example. Need several
content edits made? No problem, we can cover this too.

What is a content edit?
Typically a content edit is an adjustment to the context (text/images) on your website. As standard a content edit takes around 30 minutes and can be carried out from the WordPress dashboard. However, we also offer larger content edit packages for when more changes are required. Please see some below examples of typical content edits.
Replacing a text paragraph with new content (content must be supplied)
Changing, adding or replacing an image (image must be supplied in suitable format)
Editing widget text content (Content must be supplied).
Uploading a blog post (Content must be provided in suitable and publishable format)
Adding a new paragraph or text section (Content must be supplied)
Changing the text of a WooCommerce Product Description (Content must be supplied)
Replacing or adding a new video to a banner or slider (Content must be supplied in suitable format).
Adjustments to copyright text section, header text or footer text (Content must be supplied)
Changes to the links in a menu.

We are transparent and clear about our pricing. Our prices are listed clearly on each individual page.
No hidden costs. We charge UK VAT and prices listed clearly state that VAT is excluded. For any quotes, we provide a quote based on the estimated time it will take to complete. If we find a project would take longer, we would notify you and you have the option whether to choose to proceed or not. No obligations.
We have years of experience, are UK based and have a great reputation in the WordPress industry based on years of excellent service for our hosting and maintenance clients. We are honest and trustworthy and take a straightforward - no jargon approach.
We list various examples of what we consider to be a content edit or what falls under "ad-hoc development" on the relevant pages. However, if you're not sure - simply provide details of what your requirements are (for example using the contact form below) and we'll tell you. We are honest and up front, so if it's something we do not cover or cannot assist you with, we'll inform you and let you know.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil or complete a task we have quoted for and you have made payment - we would refund your purchase.
We operate on a quote first basis. Once you've received a quote, we will send you a link to the appropriate payment page where you can make payment. We accept credit or debit card only and payment must be made up front before any work is started.

No, you do not have to be a current customer to use our tweaks services. We offer ad-hoc Tweaks for all, regardless of whether you are a monthly care plan customer or not. We do offer 30% discount for members however.
No, you can checkout and purchase specific tweaks as a guest if you prefer. Having an account on our tweaks website purely means that you can login and order quicker in future if you require further work. The first step before any payment is always a quotation however.
Our Tweaks service operates Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) UK GMT, excluding bank holidays. We quote and schedule all work according to our availability and workload in advance. Whilst we do offer express malware removal services to help with urgent issues, our content edits and development services are schedule based.
