No, you do not have to be a current customer to use our tweaks services. We offer ad-hoc Tweaks for all, regardless of whether you are a monthly care plan customer or not. We do offer 30% discount for members however.

No, you can checkout and purchase specific tweaks as a guest if you prefer. Having an account on our tweaks website purely means that you can login and order quicker in future if you require further work. The first step before any payment is always a quotation however.

Our Tweaks service operates Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) UK GMT, excluding bank holidays. We quote and schedule all work according to our availability and workload in advance. Whilst we do offer express malware removal services to help with urgent issues, our content edits and development services are schedule based.
